Donations and sponsorships play a vital role in making this event possible. Partner support helps fund key components of the day, including poster boards and presentation materials, the trainee-focused breakfast with the plenary speaker, lunch during the lecture, and the closing reception and award ceremony. These contributions enhance the overall experience, foster collaboration, and ensure broad access for participants across clinical, research, and educational roles.
All donations and sponsorships help offset the overall costs of the event and are not designated to pay for any single item or individual expense (e.g., two lunches for plenary session attendees). The examples below illustrate how contributions at various levels support the event as a whole and help make the day possible.
CURRENT GIVING OPTIONS:
- $25 - Two lunches for plenary session attendees, helping ensure a welcoming and engaging experience for all.
- $50 - The associate fees for a registered presenter, reducing barriers to participation and knowledge sharing.
- $100 - Three high-quality printed posters, showcasing research and ideas during poster sessions.
- $250 - Breakfast for the plenary speaker and learner small-group session, fostering meaningful discussion and connection.
