Current Research

Whether evaluating a clinical or education program or conducting externally funded research abroad, KU Medical Center has a wide variety of research projects occurring internationally.

Infusing Research into Global Clinical and Educational Activities

Incorporating a research component into a global educational or clinical experience offers several benefits:

  1. assessing the impact on patient care or student learning
  2. providing training in research methods for students and international partners
  3. generating scholarly outputs such as abstracts or manuscripts

If you are planning an international educational or clinical activity and would like guidance on adding a research objective, please contact us using the Global Health Center Support Request Form.
