Professional Background
Dr Vidur Bhalla, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist with additional fellowship training in rhinology and skull/base surgery. A large part of my job involves taking care of patients with chronic sinonasal diseases, such as chronic rhinosinusitis or chronic rhinitis. In the past few years, much of our research has focused on evaluating patients' symptoms and physical exam findings after sinus surgery. As our surgical skills have evolved as a specialty, my research interest is evaluating other avenues of improving our patients' outcomes, specifically through patient engagement.
