In the Dong Lab, trainees:

  • Engineer and study clinically relevant C. difficile strains
  • Use in vivo models to connect the mechanism to the disease
  • Apply multi-omics and systems-level analysis
  • Develop independent, hypothesis-driven projects
  • Train at the interface of microbiology and translational science

Graduate Students
