Research, Teaching, and Service

Jamie Rees is the Manager of Historical Collections of the Clendening History of Medicine Library & Museum. She spent several years as the Student Assistant Librarian at the Clendening History of Medicine Library at the University of Kansas Medical Center, a year as an Education Aide at the Kansas City Museum, and two years as the Community Outreach intern for KU Libraries before joining the History of Medicine Department at KU Medical Center as museum curator and assistant librarian in 2016. She is excited to add to the body of research and museum exhibitions already produced at the Clendening, and to head the ongoing cataloging project in both the library and museum.
