Professional Background

Dr. Kate Young completed her PhD in Biostatistics at the University of Kansas Medical Center while working as a collaborative statistician within the Department of Biostatistics and Data Science. She has previously worked as an Associate Biostatistician at PRA Health Sciences (now ICON PLC) and as a Data Analyst at Cerner Corporation (now Oracle Cerner). Her research interests include biomarker evaluations, data visualization, and Bayesian adaptive clinical trial designs.
