Professional Background
Dr. Kyle B. Vincent is a Clinical Associate Professor in the department of Surgery at the Kansas University Medical Center - Wichita. He has a very busy clinical practice in general surgery with a focus on fore gut and robotic surgery.
After finishing medical school at the University of Oklahoma and 5 years of surgical residency in Orlando Florida at Orlando health, Dr. Vincent moved with his family back closer to the Midwest. His passion for teaching led him to a faculty appointment with the surgical residency in Wichita. He soon became the assistant then associate program director.
Dr. Vincent has been the recipient of many teaching awards for his education of medical students and residents. He is also past president of the Kansas Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
