Professional Background

Krisha Crane, MHA, LAT/ATC, is a clinical assistant professor for the master's degree program in athletic training at KU Medical Center. In this role, she contributes to teaching athletic training courses across the program and supports students throughout their academic and professional development. She joined the faculty of the School of Health Professions in August 2026. She also currently serves as medical performance program coordinator for The University of Kansas Health System.

Crane's clinical experience includes nearly a decade as an athletic trainer for Overland Park Regional Medical Center. She received her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Wichita State University and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix.
