Professional Background

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry with a minor in Computer Science at Stanford University, Dr. Alexander went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine degree at Duke University School of Medicine. Simultaneously, Dr. Alexander completed his PhD in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Alexander returned to the San Francisco Bay Area to complete his internal medicine internship at St. Mary's Medical Center and his Radiation Oncology Residency at the University of California, San Francisco.
