The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC), a program of Rural Health Education and Services at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC), connects healthcare professionals with practice opportunities across Kansas and helps healthcare organizations recruit and retain qualified providers. KRRC specializes in rural and underserved communities, helping physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants (PAs), advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, behavioral health professionals, medical students and resident physicians find opportunities that align with their career goals and personal priorities.
KRRC provides personalized job search and recruitment assistance to healthcare professionals and employers, including help with candidate matching, interviews, CV and resume preparation, and contract negotiation. By considering both professional goals and community fit, KRRC helps providers build rewarding careers while strengthening access to healthcare across Kansas.
