Since I graduated residency with the University of Kansas, I was interested in working with students and residents. I spent a year in Milwaukee, with the Aurora medical system with their IM program. This experience was designed to learn a new health system, and gain insight into teaching medical students and residents. I also gathered first hand experience helping run a program
