Dr. Deetra Ford is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She attended the combined BLA/MD Medical Program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and then completed her Neurology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Ford completed the Drexel University Executive Leadership in Healthcare fellowship in 2026, and she holds a graduate certificate in Healthcare Management. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of Ambulatory Neurology and the Chief of General Neurology. Dr. Ford is a voting member of the Ambulatory Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee at the University of Kansas Health System, Chair for the KCCNS Neurology Annual Education Course, and the Medical Director for Wellness in Neurology.
