Professional Background

Dr. Baus is an Assistant Professor for the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita (KUMC-W) specializing in hospital medicine. He received his medical training at University of Kansas School of Medicine graduating in 2020. He then matriculated through the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency program at KUMC-W. His primary role is as an adult and pediatric hospitalist with KUMC-W working at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, where he teaches residents and medical students. He also supports and supervises residents in the outpatient setting at the resident-run KU Internal Medicine Clinic.
