Undergraduate students who have attended any college, university, technical school, or other postsecondary institution must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended. Master’s and doctoral applicants must provide official transcripts indicating a completed bachelor's degree. Students may enroll for their initial term while official transcripts are pending for some programs; however, all required official transcripts must be received by KUMC before the student may enroll in a second enrollment period. Students who fail to meet this requirement will have a registration hold placed on their record and will not be permitted to register until all required transcripts have been received. Failure to disclose prior attendance at another institution may be considered falsification of educational records and may result in disciplinary action, including recission of admission or dismissal from KUMC.

Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution(s) to be considered official.  Transcripts that were issued to the student are not considered official.

We discourage selecting the University of Kansas as these transcripts will be received on the Lawrence campus and may delay processing of your application.
