CRELI Study

We are creating a new survey about how caregivers and young children communicate during everyday activities in the first three years of life.

We are developing the CRELI survey with help from English- and Spanish-speaking families and providers who work with young children. We want to create a survey that is easy to use and reflects families’ experiences. Information from this study may help improve research, services, and programs that support children's communication and development.

Who Can Participate?

  • English- and Spanish-speaking parents and caregivers of children from birth to 36 months old
  • Providers who work with young children and families, including:
    • Early intervention providers
    • Speech-language pathologists
    • Home visitors
    • Parent educators and coaches
    • Early childhood educators

What Does Participation Involve?

You may be asked to complete surveys and share their thoughts on survey questions. You can receive up to $100 for taking part in study activities.
