Help us explore how diet and weight loss impact brain health in Down syndrome
Empowering young adults with intellectual disabilities to build independence through exercise, cooking skills and motivational support
A 12-week online exercise class for adults with Down syndrome and their families, including dementia caregiver training.
Participants with Down syndrome ages 6-24 can help improve health outcomes by completing a series of study visits and health measures over time.
